Refund & Payment Policy

At Vita Nova Agency, we aim to provide transparent and fair terms regarding our consulting fees and refund policy.
 

Free Initial Consultation
All prospective clients are entitled to a free initial consultation, during which we assess eligibility, provide basic information, and discuss potential study options.
 

Service Fees & Payment Structure
Our service fees are divided into two payments:

• First Payment: Due when the client decides to proceed with Vita Nova’s services after the free consultation. This covers preparation, program research, document review, and application planning.

• Second Payment: Due upon receiving admission decisions from the universities, regardless of whether the decisions are positive or negative. This payment reflects the completion of the application submission process and ongoing coordination with multiple universities.
   

Refund & Cancellation Terms

• If the client chooses to cancel the service within 30 days after making the first payment, no second payment will be required.

• If the client cancels after 30 days, the second payment remains due since the application process and communication with universities would have already started.

• No refunds are issued for work already performed, time invested, or for external factors beyond Vita Nova’s control (such as test results, university decisions, visa rejections, or client eligibility).

• Fees paid to universities, embassies, government authorities, language tests, translation services, or any third-party providers are entirely non-refundable and not governed by Vita Nova.
